All the Single Ladies, All the Single Ladies…….

I recently posted a Facebook status update about how on EVERY Wedding I have worked on this year, “Single Ladies” by Beyonce has been used at each and every Wedding for the bouquet toss. It’s not a bad song by any means but I have to admit that it would be nice to see a Bride change it up a bit and play a different song when she tosses her bouquet.

Today, I accidentally happened to stumble across this awesome indie rendition of the song and I must say that I would be absolutely STOKED if I heard this version at a Wedding someday instead of the Beyonce version! Check out this version by Nataly Dawn – it’s really catchy! Oh, and listen closely for her little lyric switch-up at the 2:03 mark. I love it!!!

Molly Williams - Don’t hate on the single ladies! I used it at my wedding and you have to admit that it is pretty perfect for the whole throwing of the bouquet concept. But they are crazy! They also did a cover of the song we were introduced as husband and wife to: September by Earth Wind and Fire. Pretty cool
